Private Parties

We absolutely love doing private parties for birthdays, bridal showers, team/work bonding, just for fun with friends and family. They are just the most fun!

We have decided we need to make a few changes to our bookings and policy regarding private parties. We request at least 10 people come and that 10 people are paid for. Many groups are showing up with less than 10 people and we are not getting paid the difference. We have also had a run of late party cancellations or no shows. We work really hard to be open and available as much as possible and often end up having to rearrange or cancel our own activities to provide this time. If we don't hear about a cancellation we show up at least 30 minutes early to set up and be ready for the group. Than we have to tear down at the end and we have put in over an hour of time. So, in the hopes of not having so many cancellations/super late cancellations and people just not showing up at all we have decided to do a $200 non refundable deposit (If you change dates at least 2 weeks prior to your event the deposit will stay with your group). The $200 covers your first 10 people in class and we will take the rest of the payment for further attendees the day of your parties class.
